The staff is kind and helpful, the rooms are comfortable, and things like heated bathroom floors and the Prosecco they offer you when you arrive, makes the experience feel very luxurious. It’s so hard to find a nice hotel in London that doesn’t cost an arm and a leg. This hotel is proof that this type of experience exists!"

"We had the most wonderful stay. It was only short but it was my daughter’s 3rd birthday over Easter weekend. They spoilt us with a lovely room upgrade and A teddy for my daughter. Room service was impeccable and customer service from start to finish was 10/10. Will definitely be staying again soon."
