"Had a lovely time here. My boyfriend and I booked the family room, and it was much more spacious than I was expecting. We were next to the road so there was noise but it was absolutely fine and we slept well! Tip for families: we could feel the mattress springs so we put a duvet on top of the bed to sleep on which was brilliant. Overall, great stay and no complaints."

"Great london pub with lots of character.. the pub gets very, very loud, but the room was quiet. Room was huge and comfortable. Bathroom was huge and stylish. Staff were excellent. The only negative, is the pub does not offer breakfast during the week. Whilst there are lots of local places to grab coffee, thry were all takeaway. Nothing ooened until 11.00 if you wanted to eat in."

Got to the hotel and the first thing the receptionist said to us was “Oh your reservation is cancelled due to renovations” but they couldnt bother to send a simple email letting us to prior to arriving. After a few hours on the phone Expedia luckily managed to book as at a different lovely property but it was a very unnecessary experience. "Great hotel, good location close to Westminster and central London. We stayed in a suite which was furnished to a high standard. The executive breakfast was superb, a range of food options on the buffet, a spacious area and great views from the 12th floor to enjoy! Would highly recommend this hotel and hope to come back soon."
