"Really lovely place, fabulous amenities, ideal for families. Staff super friendly and helpful. Room superb, lovely comfortable bed very clean and spacious with great bathroom with toileteries and nice towels provided. Laundry was handy with iron provided in the room. Was very quoet, had an excellent nights sleep."

"Bit tricky during Covid red light settings, but the only minor issue we had was having to remove rubbish, and clean the room ourselves. Just another thing to do while on holiday. Beds were also hard to sleep on. Everything else was great! "

"Everyone at this hotel was very accommodating. Beautiful rooms with great views. Breakfast was great each morning, and Nicky was a fantastic server going above and beyond. Dinner was also very good. It is outside the central rotoura area and as such most tours won’t pick you up there, but it is a 10 min drive into town and we found it very easy to get an uber quickly, so no issues getting around. "
