"We flew in late and night and were catching an early morning flight the next day so this hotel worked well for us. Hotel is located in terminal 5 and accessible by tram from airport. Our room was large and comfortable. The buffet breakfast is good with plenty of options. "

"The housekeeper came at 4:40 PM to do her morning cleanup of the room. She stated that she could not come back as her shift ended at five and she had to come in. I was indisposed and she did wait about five minutes before coming in, but it would’ve been better to be more flexible."

"Great hotel! The room was nice, the bathroom was a bit small but it was fine and the Japanese toilet made up for it! My daughter (aged 2) loved the room and wouldn’t leave! The lobby and surrounding areas were immaculate. The doorman during the day was excellent, very helpful and attentive. I wish I got his name! I came alone with my daughter and he took care of my car for me which was my biggest worry. Thank you so much! Overall, lovely stay."

"I requested a quiet room from the very beginning, away from the elevator and external noise. They placed us in the room closest to the elevator (room 314) and we heard a squeaking noise non stop when in the room. It sounded like furniture being moved in the room above us, but we finally figured out it was the elevator! This was extremely annoying and I think the hotel should address it for the sanity of their guests. "
