"Our stay was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make everything perfect. Before arrival, I requested a bouquet of flowers and some balloons to be arranged in our room, and it was beautifully set up just as we hoped. "Brad was a lovely host, we were in the area for a family funeral and he made our stay stress free and very comfortable. Tavistock town centre is a quick walk along the road where you can buy local produce and gifts etc. locals were lovely and friendly as well. The hotel was very clean and tidy and the bed was very comfortable. All facilities were great."

"A beautiful hotel set in lovely gardens on the edge of Dartmoor National Park. Friendly, attentive and helpful staff. Very good standard of food. The classic room we stayed in was spacious, comfortable and very clean. Perfect for a relaxing break once you have negotiated the 1.5 mile single track road to the hotel!"

"Lovely little cottage, well equipped . Friendly hosts. Really appreciated the welcome pack with Milk , teabags, biscuits etc , thank you 😍 Parking space is a bit tricky to access via a narrow drive , but not enough to stop us wanting to go back . Jack and Jill bathroom accessed from both bedrooms but one of the doors didn't lock properly so if travelling as friends need to know when the other is in the bathroom 😂 Overall really loved it here and would definitely go again "
