"Just a short walk from T5, the Underground Station and car park. Efficient check in. Porter to take cases to the room and a truly outstanding room with all mod cons. Bed & pillows were unbelievably comfortable and made for a good night’s sleep. Only downside was being unable to raise reception on the phone in the morning to get our bags collected from the room. Would definitely stay here again "

"I booked 2 rooms for myself, my partner, my grand-daughter and her partner, as they had organised a day and night out in London. It’s about a 15 minute walk from London Liverpool St station so not far to walk. I’d requested if one room could be available a little earlier than check-in time and they organised it perfectly. It is a beautiful hotel and the rooms and bathrooms are of very good quality. The beds are sumptuous and exceptionally comfortable, we all commented on what a good nights...

"Boutique hotel in a great location close to the tube and restaurants. Outstanding service by the staff. Nothing was too much effort. They were pleasant, polite and very accomodating. Only one small downside. The beds are extremely firm and even with a mattress topper put into place they were a little harder than my personal preference. It didn’t detract from my stay here and I would certainly come back. Great hotel. "
