"From the outside, it doesn't look like much (this is the case for all the other hotels in the surrounding area) but once you enter inside the hotel it's giving luxury. The valet staff was friendly and helpful and the hotel lobby staff were very welcoming. For my first 5-star hotel experience I didn't know what to expect but Shangri-La definitely exceeded my expectations on service, luxury, cleanliness, interior design, and aesthetics. "

"Expedia description of house is misleading. We expected the entire house, as per description but when we arrived there was already someone in the house and were informed we only booked the basement. How does the entire house become just a smelly basement apartment. And the upstairs renters had the master code to the basement and let us in as our pass code didn't work. We felt unsafe. The Bay Suites, the host company, lied and said they changed the master code so the upstairs renters...
