"Very convenient location, but parking can be tricky- especially at peak times. Big plus- dog friendly The hotel is quite dated inside. We did not eat there, we ate out. A great base if you like being out and about. Our room was close to the lift so early morning and late in the evening, we could hear the comings and goings. Tv and hairdryer in the room a bonus Overall, good value for money. "

The hotel is good walking distance into Newquay town and the route via the golf course is lovely. The restaurant offers great views of Fistral Beach. They have a cute photo booth just by the elevator which was a nice touch. Only thing I would say is the heating was whacked up for winter so the room was boiling but luckily...

Service was good, staff very efficient, parking OK. However a couple of things let it down, the bedroom is secondary glazed, one complete pane of glass was completely missing from an outer window, no explanation given and if not repaired it could have been boarded over.
