"Staff were fantastic. Hotel building and location were amazing. Great views across to the straights and mountains. Breakfast was really good, dinner was ok. Main issue was that we were not in the main building but a separate one (lodge). Walls there are paper thin unfortunately and could hear everything in room next door. Boiler from room nextdoor was also super loud. Not great for 200 a night! I'm sure the rooms in the main building are much better so would be good to come back and stay in them...

"We visited the hotel for a 3 night stay to incorporate The Welsh Open Snooker tournament as a birthday gift for my husband. The owner is lovely and couldnt do enough for you. The room was decorated as it was valentine's evening when we arrived, it was super nice and a huge suprise to have fresh rose petals and two romantic balloons on the bed.
