"Centrally located and the staff was very friendly and attentive! Glass water bottles each day and a Nespresso machine in the room. Actual room to move around in the Jr Suite for myself and two daughters to stay all on one room."

"This hotel is in a fabulous location only 5 minutes walk away from the tube station giving you access to all of London. Museums and the Royal Albert Hall are also nearby. Plenty of restaurants and places to eat around the hotel as well as two mini supermarkets should you want anything. Would definitely stay here again."

"Good hotel in a great area for walking around Hyde park or shopping along Oxford street. Lancaster gate tube station underneath was a real plus too. The prompt room service and tasty food that came with it was also a selling point. Only shortfall we found was the limited options for food choices at breakfast as two individuals with specific dietary requirements. Also cost for breakfast is a little exoensive so food out nearby is probably cheaper; we did this on two days over our stay."

Facilities very good as usual but some areas can get quite busy especially as the hotel and the restaurants attract plenty of day trippers and people redeeming experiences like afternoon teas, etc. Room very clean. Breakfast - plenty of choice although quality has declined somewhat I feel compared to before (especially the made-to-order cooked meals). Staff generally good but could be more proactive and less 'robotic' and more authentic in interactions. Can be hard to...

"The Ampersand Hotel and the customer service team were outstanding and very accommodating and handled all our requests with ease. Our room was lovely, clean and quiet and was available for an early check in. The restaurant inside the hotel was great and was able to adjust menu to cater for my gluten intolerance. The hotel’s location is very convenient for travel, museums and shopping. I’ll be back again"
