"I arrived into Heathrow airport and this hotel is so incredibly convenient, located a minute’s walk from Green Park, a straight shot from the airport. I’d taken a red eye from the US so it was amazing to have an unexpected early check in to recuperate. Lots of staff, very attentive and friendly. A beautiful bar & restaurant. Highly recommend this lovely hotel."

"Really liked atmosphere, history and decor. Breakfast and service excellent. Slow response to request to help with TV problems from concierge, so much so that we cancelled the request as we couldn’t relax whilst waiting. "
