"Really easy going hotel and great for the little ones especially if you are a solo parent as you can also get some R&R. The staff in the Kids Club are truly amazing. Restaurant staff less so. By its very nature it is a busy hotel with lots of families choosing all inclusive and the attitude of some of the staff is almost annoyance. "hotel outdoors and employees were great, absolutely top service and friendliness, breakfast excellent, restaurants were at most mediocre , we tried all three available , food quality needs to be improved, menu choices too, all dishes are overloaded with ingredients to look fancy but one cannot taste the food anymore as it is a big mix of everything covering up the taste of the main food. The very friendly waiters and the excellent wines made up for the disappointing foods"
