"The hotel is Beautiful and located in central Madrid, but is only one problem, a guy who happens to be the restaurant manager (Breakfast). He has single handedly ruined my stay at the Hotel and I would definitely never visit again EVER thanks to this horrible man!"

The rooms were clean, and the bed was comfortable. We especially enjoyed the afternoon coffee bar and rooftop Terrace with Jaunella as our server. Highly recommend if Madrid City Center is your primary interest to Enjoy the stay and launch a great vacation in this wonderful Spanish city! People were so friendly and Courteous even during Holy Week Celebrations and crowds. "
