Lovely clean and comfortable. Friendly staff. Whilst Fridays meal in the restaurant was excellent , we were disappointed with the Sunday night menu. Only Sunday lunch type meals or Fish and chips. Had to go somewhere else for a Steak.

It is a very pleasant and sizeable conversion from, I would guess, an upper-grade country pub. Rooms clean and comfortable with all the amenities. Lots of parking for those who come by car, which I would guess are most customers in that part of rural Warwickshire. Staff very pleasant and helpful. My only beef is that the bar and dining room were rather chilly for a late April evening — too optimistic about the weather? And it would be nice to have somewhere to have afternoon tea, but again, I guess that most visitors are out sightseeing for most of the day.

We have stayed here on many previous occasions and still find it good and comfortable. Now that we own a electric car, it's a pity they have removed their charging point! The breakfast is still excellent (no fried bread though!), and the staff are all friendly.

Excellent, no fuss Stay
Lovely ladies on check-in, despite one being "on training" to work front desk there was no delay or frustration. Room is well equipped and functional. Nice clean bathroom and a quiet nights sleep. Excellent choice to stay for events in Stratford or in our case for The Game Fair at Ragley Hall

Excellant stay but also dissapointing
Our stay was very good and the staff were brilliant, i was surprised with the changes that had been done, gone were the areas of cosiness and in place was a large quantity of similar chairs, lacking comfort. It has definitely been changed for the worst, dissapointing.

Stayed in a chalet which was dated, had stains all over the carpet and chairs. There was no cold water for some reason and the response from staff wasn’t brilliant.
