"A great find. On arrival we walked over to look at all the boats on Roydon Marina and had lunch at The Boathouse Cafe Bar, which overlooks the Marina. Staff friendly and helpful in the Hotel Reception. We had booked a windowless room but figured we'd be watching television or asleep so wouldn't need to worry about looking out of a window.
