"Beautiful report. Stunning backdrop with mountain in background as you’re by the pool or beach. Everything was almost perfect. The almost is the service.. although it’s done with a smile and very warm.. it was a bit slow. We sometimes had to repeat orders. So 9/10. Would definitely visit again. "

False economy for a business to charge such high prices. Would have bought more if better prices. Picked a golf magazine up to buy until I got to the till and they said it’s £15. "Clean rooms, good range of food options which includes being able to dine at the golf club, neighbouring hotels and beach club (car shuttle from reception included). Kids pool heated and we needed it for an October trip. "

"Definitely a top hotel. Few comments. To give extra information for future guests about small downsides. No hot drinks at lunch and dinner. (It is possible in the various bars), breakfast we found open late 07h30. And yet quite a bit of construction debris (concrete blocks) on the beach and sunbed)"

"The resort is just amazing! Staff were great! Food was great! It was a beautiful place and very relaxing. Wish we had Hasu including in our all inclusive, even for just one night. I wish I took down every staff members name as they made our stay so enjoyable but I dont want to name only a few people out of fairness, but to the GM, your staff are fantastic and I hope you can reward all of them."

"Quality hotel to a high standard. Lack of air conditioning anywhere apart from the rooms was noticeable eg there was nowhere during the day apart from your room to escape the heat if needed."

"Excellent! Just left the ravenala following 5 night stay. We had no compliants at all. We stayed in the adult zone where you get your own bean bag loungers on the beach. The room was very clean, housekeeping are incredible. Each day the room was spotless and care taken with items in the room. Huge thanks to the staff at the boat house - well equipped, highly knowledgeable and happy to go out and teach. Their english is very good too. The added options of glassbottom tour was excellent.
