"The hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly. They are pet friendly in that the pet fee is a lot less than many other hotels in the area. The hotel is right off the road and there is minimal space to walk dogs but poop bags are nicely provided. The one negative was the "breakfast rules." Pets are not permitted in the breakfast area, which makes sense however, food is not permitted outside the breakfast area. So, if I am traveling with my dog, and I can't bring my dog to where the food is...

"I selected Hampton Inn- Richmond South during a snowstorm to reduce my commute to work. I trust the Hampton Inn brand as my job is NOT in a safe area 15 minutes away. This location was also selected because it was very close to the interstate, knowing only the interstate would be decently cleared at the height of the snowstorm (when my shift ended at work). I called ahead for a late check in and wanted to make sure my room was saved for me as I wouldn’t arrive until between midnight and one...

"FROMT DEXK STAFF VERY FRIENDLY AND ACCOMIDATING. I HAVE HIP ISSUES. HAD SCHEDULED A MOBILITY ROOM, IT WAS TO FAR FOR ME TO WALK. THE CHANGED MY ROOM WITHOUT A ISSUE. GAVE ME A SHOWER SEAT AND EXTRA PILLOWS TO MAKE MY STAY COMFORTABLE. ROOS WERE VERY CLEAN. I WILL BE STAYING AT THE FOURPOINTS BY SHERIDAN AGAIN. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND. "
