"I really like that it was convenient to San Pedro Tlaquepaque. Able to walk easily to the church there & dining, shopping. I did not like the noise. Walls seem to thin. I constantly heard people talking outside my room. You can hear all the noise from the breakfast area & kitchen in the morning. It was hard to sleep because of the noise. But the hotel is super nice & modern style. Very clean & friendly personnel. I’d stay again just because of the location & all but I really hope they can fix...

"I loved this place for its beautiful architecture and history. But if you want someone to take your bags to your room or an elevator? This is not your place. I had to bring all my bags up three flights of stairs. Room was great. AC that we shut off at 2am because we were actually cold. Nice shower, TV, and space. Short walk to downtown and the fun begins.
