"The location of this hotel is ideal for many activities in town . They've kept the hotel but the age definitely shows .we stayed in a king suite great space if you have a little one . There was a few cockroaches wich is expected witha kitchenette. The only down side was the elevator situation ,as they had 2 of the 4 elevators down and weekends are very busy at this location wich made for a 15-20 wait especially if you are on the top floors we were on the 20th. They also had maintenance ...

"Every time I stay in Galveston, I always try to stay at this hotel. It’s kind of my home away from home. You won’t find a nicer hotel at such a great price and an amazing breakfast is always super friendly and helpful. The sheets are always very clean and smell great Beds are extra comfy too like normal stiff beds "

"This was a great property for a quick business trip. Staff was friendly and helpful, lobby and property grounds were nice. Rooms could use updating, but overall the beds were comfortable and the rooms were quiet."
