Upon my arrival, I noticed the building look nothing like the photos. I knew before I went inside. It was a bait and switch. The carpets were dirty. The bathtub was soiled the paint in the room was peeling and cracking, and it smelled like old death. The receptionist was definitely empathetic to my facial expressions upon my arrival scene that I was amazed by the condition. I can’t fault her. She’s not the owner. If needed, I do have pictures of the bathtub and the dirty carpet. Let me know how I can post the photos

We got to hotel the 1st room we were given had a really nasty rusty towel rack! Hot water never got hot, shower head was broken and sprayed water onto ceiling which made paint bubbled up! Ice machine outside our room made sleeping impossible with loud noise! Our room was changed to 6th floor after complaining, that room was a little better however the sliding door in the shower had disgusting black mildew as if hadn’t been cleaned with bleach in a long time! I took pictures and showed front desk, I don’t think they cared much, I will never book rooms at this hotel again! They need to do a lot improvements! Not to mention they’re located behind an abandoned building which looks like a trash dump zone! Very disappointed!!!!!

much better when i stayed this time. i have stayed here like 4 times in last 4 months. they have done landscaping which make a huge difference. They have painted the outside and looks way better.. Now they could pressure wash the side walks and driveways would be an improvement. then they could do touch up painting around the inside of each floor and change the carpets.. The room was clean and fresh sheets and pillows and towels.. Staff was friendly and polite. Definitely improving every time I come here to stay.

Much better than when i 1st stayed a few months back..they have done some landscaping, painted.the outside of the building.. looks better. Now they could power wash the side walks and paint the parking lines. Replace carpets in hallways. Then do touch paint around the walls amd doors and they will be in great shape. Nevertheless progess most definitely from last 2 visits.

I booked this hotel because there was a shuttle to and from the airport. I did get picked up from the airport however the shuttle was not there to take me back. I made sure to let the hotel know the evening before that I needed the shuttle, they told be to be down at 4:15am. When I arrived downstairs love the shuttle I was informed that the shuttle wasn’t running. There was no advance notice and I had to find a ride to the airport last minute and almost missed my flight. Again the shuttle was the main reason for choosing this hotel.

My worst hotel experience EVER. Carpets are soiled and stained extremely bad. The bed was broke. Seen a live cockroach. The hallways smelled of mold. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to my dog. Very unpleasant. 🚨BEWARE🚨
