"The hotel staff and people were spectacular! Breakfast was traditional Japanese style food, which may or may not suit westerners. Hotel is a bit dated and it shows. Our room was clean upon arrival; however, we encountered bugs and mosquitoes inside our 3rd floor room. This didn’t particularly bother us, but it may have an impact on other guests. "出張で使用しました。 基本的には快適に過ごせましたが、以下3点については改善した方が良いと思います。 ・洗面台の使い勝手が良くなかったです。（水を溜める状態（栓が塞がっている状態）を解除できなかった為、手洗いやはみがきですぐに水が溜まってしまう。） ・トイレの自動水洗機能が壊れていて、手動で水を流しました。 ・部屋に入ったところの自動センサー照明が、毎回靴紐を結んでいる最中に消えてしまうため、消灯時間をもう少し延ばした方が良いと思います。"

"Great spot away from the busy Tokyo area. The rooms and the hotel is special in its own way and has a lot of character. Felt like being in my grandparents home.
