The hotel does offer a lot of up-sells, eg, higher-floors, balcony rooms, etc. If they offered an upsell for sunlight, I'd go for it. "Great location, incredibly central, however there are loud trucks that pass by on certain days super early in the morning. Bathroom could use some shelves for toiletries. Water splashed basically everywhere all the time while showering. The room we got was a surprise in how small it was, but for two people it worked ok!
