"A nice, clean and comfortable stay with friendly staff who let us check in early, store our bags, etc. The only down sides I’d say are: - The rooms are a bit on the small side and lack storage for things like clothes, toiletries, etc so felt we were living out of our suitcases a bit. - Also, there were some early morning deliveries/ bin collections that woke us up at around 6am but these things happen. Good for the price though. "

"Room was comfortable, warm and clean. Didn’t have the breakfast as we wanted to try various brunch places. Staff were very helpful except on the day we had to check out. There was a queue of at least 10 guests at the reception desk and when I asked if anyone else could help at the desk there was an unclear answer and no one came out from the office to help. We waited for nearly 30 minutes to check out! Very disappointing as other times staff were great. "

"The hotel was very busy but the rooms were superbly quiet and comfortable. The only slight issue was that even with the aircon turned to minimum the room was still quite warm. But excellent value and perfect for what we needed. A good option was that in exchange for not having our room cleaned, we got two free drinks vouchers which we exchanged in the bar the next day. Brilliant!"
