"The property is stunning. Location is pretty good. New Orleans can have some sketchy neighborhoods - and there are some within walking distance, but this area seems to be up and coming. We had no safety concerns during our stay. Lyft ride to the French Quarter is about 13, so access is pretty quick and easy.The place was spotless when we checked in - which was early after we received permission to do so from the owner. The process to request and receive early check-in was smooth and seamless....

"I came here with 11 friends and we had so much fun in NOLA! Checking in went seamless and the home owners were both super friendly and great communicators. Very walkable to Frenchmen and the French Quarter. The two houses on the compound are gorgeous and there are plenty of beds! Would definitely stay here again. "

Contacting the owners was done thru VRBO and they were very prompt in getting back to us with whatever answers we needed. The only down side is if you arrive earlier than 4 you do not have access into the apartments and have to pay extra if you would like to get in by 2-3. There is also no where to store your luggage safely if you choose not to sit and wait for access into the apartment’s and choose to leave and visit the city in the mean time… so that means you either have to wait a few hours in the lobby/waiting area or you have to lug your baggage around till...
