"Terrible! They cancelled one hour before check in time. Stated that we had a "house violation" but we never even stepped foot in the house. The "violation" was that they only rented in "one month time frames" but they had confirmed our one week reservation which was paid in FULL. We had to scramble to find a place to stay. This completely ruined our vacation and cause a tremendous amount of stress. "

"Property was exactly as described, had all we need to cater meals ourselves and laundry facilities too. And great Disney theme for the decor which our children loved.
