Front desk staff not friendly or welcoming at all. Cleaned room every 3 days which seems to be the norm now but when asked if they could add a day they interrogated us as to why and what we needed done. Just felt like it was a burden to add a day. We pay all these resort fees I’d like my room cleaned.

We are a family of 4, and travel to Anaheim annually to visit Disneyland. We’ve stayed at different hotels all up and down the Main Street of the park. I won’t lie, the hotels not fancy, but it was clean, the staff was nice, and a 10 minute walk to Disneyland. We booked the Family Suite and had so much room and the price was WAY better than other hotels. We will definitely stay there again!

I have stayed at portofino for at least 10 years. This year was the worst. The room smelled mildewy…the room was just not fresh smelling. The water pipes in the shower made a horrible noise when taking a shower. I was very disappointed with Portofino Inn…better up keep needs to be done here…please do something with the smell.

The hotel is a little dated, but clean. The walls and doors are thin so you can hear everyone in the hall. Location is great, convenient to walk to Disney or the Garden Walk.

Good location. Beds were comfortable. AC worked well. Quiet location. Personal items were left in bottom drawer from prior guests. Soap/shampoo dispenser was out. Carpet smelled of urine. Housekeeping could’ve done a better job. Overall a positive experience and will be booking stays here in the near future. Some power outlets were too loose to hold our adapters/charging cords.

This hotel is close to the parks. Easily walkable, even at the end of a 18 hour day. Takes about 15min. Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable. No need for frills when in the parks all day. Pool and hot tub are nice after a long day, nice view of the fireworks from the hot tub. Overall this hotel does exactly what is needed, a safe clean place to sleep and shower.

Expedia experience was ok and easy hair dryer did not work phone in room did not work housekeeping staff was great provided Clean towels daily and toilet paper also provided comforters I didn’t get a receipt for stay and waiting for 200.00 deposit they took from me on day one

Found a bug in my room and I had to kill it in fro t if my kids ! I was scared to even leave a luggage open because I felt that something would crawl in ! We stayed 1 night because we had checked in late and we slept in top of the blackets and we felt sooooo itchyyyy ! Wlls were all stained!!!!
