"I chose this hotel as it looked nice and we wanted to stay in the Cotswolds and it's an area we'd never been to before. What a fantastic choice! The hotel is immaculate inside and out, the staff are all friendly and welcoming and the food is really really good. It's very tastefully decorated, very clean and good condition everywhere. "We had a lovely experience at this hard-to-fault country house hotel. Noticeably, nothing looked, worn, old or tired. We slept in Room 10 which overlooks the garden and which, going by the fire safety plan on the back of the door, looks to be the largest room on the 1st floor and yes, it's big! Very comfortable 6-foot bed (proper ‘king size') and nice to have a central ceiling light as well as wall and side-table lamps. The bathroom was not huge but adequate, with a large walk-in shower...
