"An amazing experience from start to finish, the staff are friendly and went the extra steps to ensure we had a great stay, Lovely Spa to chill out in, The room was luxurious with everything you could need, Delicious breakfast and as an added extra the coffee van over the road makes tasty coffee which is free to residents for the whole of the stay, Free parking car park next to the building We will stay again next time we’re in St Andrews"

"Interior design of the hotel is superb - clearly a lot of thought (and money) invested in the revamp. The only let down was the shambolic bar service -35 minutes waiting for a drink order to appear. The spa is amazing (although the staff on the desk could smile a bit more). The outdoor/indoor thermal pool is sensational"
