"I was given a room that matched my request, when making my reservation on line (upper floor away from elevators and heavy traffic). The room was very quiet at all times. The bed was really comfortable. Adequate storage for clothing, lots of wood hangers, suitcases and personal belongings. "The hotel is very old and the room perhaps needed a little more maintenance. The dining room for breakfast could have been a little more inviting and perhaps a little more healthy choices. The Bellman, Marco, was very helpful as well as maintenance. My door was difficult to open and someone was sent in 5 minutues to repair it. The Bar area was nice. "

"We had a nice two night stay at Freehand. The staff was helpful and polite, the place was clean and the decor was hip and unique. The one issue was the size of the rooms, which I didn't have trouble with, but was harder for my elderly parents to navigate. We wondered if next time we could get rooms with a view.
