"For the caliber and price, the property was not clean/upkept enough. The phone in our room didn't work and the faucet leaked. The elevator tracks are super dirty and the lobby rug perimeter is filthy. It's clear that the floor is mopped surrounding the rug so all the debris gets stuck to the perimeter of the rug. The rug needs to be moved periodically and cleaned around/under it. "
