Only complaint I had was I requested via hotels.com app that the room not be entered/cleaned during my two night stay and they did enter and clean. Suggest commenting directly to the staff and not using the hotels messaging feature."

"We stayed two night here the first night we noticed a small burn hole in one of the blankets. We spoke to the night staff person an told them about it. On check a out they accused myself an my wife of burning a hole in the blanket. She doesn't smoke she vapes. myself I am allergic to smoke. We tried emailing the manger twice an nothing back. One last thing is I must have step on butts outside an throw it in the trash. For doing those things we lost out on our deposit so be careful "
