But it’s mostly clean. He tried to move usimmediately to a renovated non smoking room, so I don’t think he prepped this room"

"STAY AWAY…EXTREMELY DIRTY AND UNPROFESSIONAL . Pungent smoke smell in room even though it was a “non smoking room”, ceiling fan was about to fall out the ceiling and didn’t work so I couldn’t circulate air. Bed sheets and towels were stained and even the replacements requested were dirty. When I spoke to the front desk staff about this, they shrugged their shoulders and said “I don’t know”. No refund or discount given. I would have had a better experience sleeping in my freezing car."

"We stayed at this property with 7 girls for a birthday. They had a blast! The room was large and well equipped. The pool is nothing special but large enough for 10 years olds to frolic about. "Staff was excellent. I stepped on a piece of broken glass that was on the ground beside my bed. After inspection I seen broken glass all behind the night stand and bed. I'm guessing it was from a previous guest. Breakfast was meh and the place was underconstruction but the price we paid reflected that. I would stay here again as the staff and room features made up for any missed clean up. We were also on the 5th floor so I would not be shocked if our room sat vacant for awhile lol. "

"The pool was actually warm!!!!! The people staying in the room beside weren’t the best letting their children yell in the middle of the night and had a dog too so whining and barking early morning as well but definitely not hotels fault for their behaviour and the staff was very friendly and polite when I asked for extra pillows or towels"
