"Large space"

"We booked for proximity to the Grand Canyon. Room smelled musty and there was no fan in the bathroom. Also sink and toilets were super low, like kid height, and hot water was extremely HOT. Staff yelled at my kids for playing basketball but why have a hoop if you dont want it to be used?"

Upon checking in (which they are very strict on 3pm) not even a minute sooner they double charged me and it took 3 days for reimbursement. No apologies and the lady at the counter was very rude. However, I was genuinely surprised by the lack of hospitality from much of the staff. Aside from a few standouts—Braelyne, Taylor, and Alexa, who were absolutely amazing—the rest of the team seemed disengaged and, at times, inconvenienced to assist me and my friends. "Everything is perfect! The grounds are always clean and lush w beautiful flowers and trees. The rooms are excellent. The balcony is great to just relax. The staff is very friendly. "

"The staff is delightful and the food is excellent. Just try and request a room with a view as not all rooms have a view. Meaning a balcony with a view. They were able to move my room to get me a better view. But I recommend calling the resort ahead of time to reiterate you want a view. It is a peaceful paradise where you can get away from it all!"
