"The place is spectacular in a one of a kind setting. The view from our balcony was breathtaking. Very well run with top notch service. My one minor complaint was the WiFi kept dropping - evidently an issue with certain T Mobile phones for some reason"

"Everything we needed and every place we went was within the park limits so we only had to enter once. The Grand Canyon was amazing and there was very little traffic in February and the weather was nice (60)"

"The hotel stay was OK. Rooms a bit dark and dated. Needs new carpet in bedroom. Several long black hairs on bathroom floor. Hand held sprayer in shower awkward to use, too low. Shower faucet and fixtures clunky. All personnel were great. David, the concierge, was excellent!"

"Outstanding service. Everyone was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Especially Antonio in the main restaurant. The views of Camelback Mountain are great. The pool areas were so nice with comfortable chairs and umbrellas for shade as needed. Spent a relaxing afternoon soaking up the sunshine and warmth by the Oasis pool with a great food and drinks menu. Our room (pool side) was roomy, comfortable, and clean. My husband and I had a couples massage and enjoyed them very much. Great massage...

"The hotel was nice. I like the art work that’s around the hotel. I wish the rooms had a microwave but the front desk staff did heat my food up for me. The resort fees was confusing because it’s not a resort. It’s some great food places around the hotel. Overall I enjoyed my stay ."

"Front desk check in was easy, and super polite. Riombwad very nice and clean. Couldn’t locate ice machine but we could have called to find out ourselves. Only stayed one night but would come back someday and stay here again only longer."
