"There was not prior communication on how to access the unit. I called the host and was informed if I didn’t pick up the key in office by 9:30 they’d close and I couldn’t access it. Luckily it was 6 and I was able to. Aside from that, the unit was super nice! Everything was very clean and new. I would definitely stay again! "

"Upon arrival, we were met by an irate and hostile property manager. From the outset, she repeatedly accused us of planning a party, incessantly stressing the presence of security. Her aggressive attitude made our stay extremely awkward and uncomfortable. The entire property was covered in pigeon poop, and the laundry room's washer and dryer both smelled like mildew.
