"The pool, breakfast & bar area provided a good choice of food & drink options The room we stayed in was large & very clean. Unfortunately, the room had a kettle, but lacked any tea or coffee cups. The tv reception was poor on ocassion. Our main issue, was the NOISE, situated close to the Hard Rock Cafe, the room should have sound proof windows!! We should have been told & received the option to move!! "

"My daughter and I went for her birthday weekend. We arrived late (after check in), we communicated with the hotel prior and this was ok. When we arrived we were greeted kindly. It was a very easy and smooth check in. All of the staff were lovely, friendly, happy and very helpful. We felt safe.
