Located on the edge of Arrecife it was quiet but only a few minutes from Playa del Reducto beach which is really nice with excellent for swimming and sun bathing. "Centrally located hotel in Areciffe nice alternative to staying in a tourist resort if you want to see more than a beach. Although in a quiet area in the eve about 5 mins walk from bars and restaurants in the small harbour area. Airport bus stops nearly opposite and Taxi rank next to hotel. Staff very helpful, breakfast was standard buffet fair but nice roof terrace. Rooms do not have A/C fan only so maybe v hot in summer."

"Nice friendly reception (though not too conversant in English). Really nice touch of a pair of welcome cava on first day and a whole bottle during christmas day! Spacious and well equipped pantry in apartment with nice balcony where you can chill and even wash items to dry. Apartment had abit of musty smell before we reached and had to be aired out - thereafter it was alright."

"From the moment we arrived we felt welcomed, the staff are brilliant, the room with a sea front view was spotless and felt like new. The shower was the best I've ever had. We even had enough clothes hangers, a rarity. Breakfast was good and the pool area although the water was fresh, was great to relax at. Could not fault the hotel at all, will happily return."

"Villa Vik was a great place for a peaceful holiday with excellent accommodation, food and staff. Swimming in the pool was a real pleasure. Our only reservation was that there were too few staff on duty; often it appeared that just one person had to set tables, staff reception and serve drinks at the bar / pool. They did so cheerfully and helpfully but were stretched."
