"The condition is new being a 4 year old hotel. Having a Donki besides and near to a monorail station makes it a super convenient. Kokusai Dori is 15min walk away and 900yen taxi ride. "Overall we were happy with the stay. Large rooms and had lots of free rentals which was nice. We had problems with the bike rentals and people taking keys and not returning them, so that is one area that maybe needs adjusting for future. Otherwise happy with our experience!"

"It was close to the monorail and was very cheap to catch it to the airport AUD 2.70. There's a bus centre a few minutes away so is very handy. A few nice restaurants, shops and convenience store were close by and can walk to the main street of town which had lots of souvenir shops and other shops. Also, pottery street wasn't too far by taxi. The onsen was great. "

"For context: I went on a trip with my elderly stents and this place was just the perfect hotel to stay in. A five mine walk from the mono rail and 10-12 min walk to the Tomari port made it easy for me to plan our daily trips. Staff was extremely courteous and helpful. Though the rooms are small (as expected), it was comfortable, clean, and they came with all the amenities needed. Hotel staff took pride in ensuring ALL customers were pleased. I will certainly love to come back to this hotel....
