"I love staying at Brown. This is my third visit. The staff is very kind to me and always willing to go the extra mile. The area is perfect. I enjoy walking around the neighborhood. There are pharmacies, restaurants and malls in the surrounding area. I feel very safe. I am looking forward to staying at Brown again. If you carry the name “Hilton” you should resolve problems. - The room is always cold and heating and clima is not working properly. - inadequate personel for room cleaning. They could clean only once and at a evening time. Long story short - the money you pay and the comfort you get does not match."

I left my room early mornings and returned late in the evenings , which made me a very convenient guest who spent minimum units of electricity and water in the hotel . Despite that I found out on my 5th day of stay that my linen hadn’t been changed since I checked in !!!"

"It is a bit far from the city centre, but we stayed only one night before flying home so for us it was not a problem. The only problem we had was that the restaurant doesn't have a menu in English! That is not ok in a 4 star hotel. We also had a waitress who didn't speak a word of English, but we got another one who spoke English (but didn't know what salmon is). "

"It doesn't really feel like 4 star hotel, had issues with the internet, they block it if you have a VPN installed on your computer. The rooms are ok but mkji bar was empty and bed was not very comfortable. The breakfast ok but not like in other 4 star hotels."
