"The staff at this hotel were absolutely wonderful. I arrived after a long day and due to a failure of the Hotels.com app, my booking was not showing. The girl on reception found me a lovely room and helped me with the Hotels.com app cockup! I will be staying at this hotel every time I am near Sheffield from now on. The food in the restaurant was good and the service great. Big thumbs up from me, a regular traveler. Well done !"
