"Lovely room, it had more facilities than we needed, including dishwasher, coffee machine, cutlery etc. Very clean, lovely design. Very comfy bed and pillows. There was a strange noise coming from the shower throughout the night, we reported this in the morning and that have said they will deal with it."

"A very comfortable place to stay, with 6 good-sized bedrooms and lots of well-splaced sitting areas. The Welcome Cake was delicious and we were very grateful for the eggs and milk - all above and beyond our expectations. The 4 hens were an added delight! Can thoroughly recommend it. An issue with a Roman blind was addressed very quickly but needs a little more attention."

"Walking distance from World Resort Arena and Birmingham International train station. Super convinient if yiu are attending a concert or event nerby. Price is extremely low considering for the area. Ower is super nice and had no problem reaching him to sort out payment issue. Highly recommend 👌 "

"I kid you not; these are the real pictures of this ‘not so pleasant apartment’. Everything was broken and dirty. The whole apartment smelled of constant cigarette smoke throughout my stay. The cheap price tag is for a reason, and you’ll only find out the hard way. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy."

"Our stay was good. Lovely hotel, lovely service from the staff. Check in was chaos due to a concert everyone was attending so definitely check in online when you’re given the option, I wish we had. Room was a little tatty, the bathroom door had severe water damage & the sink plug didn’t work, so the sink wouldn’t hold water so I had to keep the tap running which I think wastes water just for the sake of replacing a plug. The shower was fantastic, overhead & great pressure. Room was clean though...

"We had a room on the third floor 321 and we switched the TV off at 12.30am. There was a noisy air conditioning unit outside our window. There was a noise on the inside of the room it sounded like a phone that was left off the hook but really loud. I rang down to reception at 3.20 am. To let them know. I wasn't going to move rooms in the middle of the night. The receptionist was lovely and apologised. I took a nyhtol sleeping tablet and tried my hardest to sleep... I even put in ear plugs but the noise was too much. Although my husband slept he was also woken by the noise. At 8.10 am. Monday morning we rang down again and they assured us we could move rooms. They upgraded us to room 539 which was beautiful and really quiet! We had breakfast and I slept until 12 noon in the most comfortable bed. The day previously we asked if they could refund us some for our disrupted night's sleep. On leaving Tuesday morning they refunded us 20 percent of our bill which was very good. This hotel is lovely and staff are excellent. I would really recommend it. Breakfast was just OK I thought the English breakfast was greasy and my bacon was not fully crispy there was a lot of fat on it. My husband's breakfast was better in that he had crispy bacon. The breakfast room is so beautiful. Not that expensive for this standard of hotel. Great location, fantastic bar (best we have ever been in) beautiful staircase and so near fantastic restaurants and bars. Gauco's across the road is excellent. "

"What an amazing experience, excellent customer experience. Travelled with family over the Easter weekend, kids had an amazing time with toys to play with in their rooms and a very clean environment. I've stayed in different hotels in Birmingham, and this by far beats them all so far!"
