"The staff was awesome! We arrived late and did self check in it was simple. We left our luggage there the next morning because we had 6:30 am tickets for Stonehenge and they took care of it. "It's not every day you can say you stayed in a 16th century hotel. Of course getting to the room is tricky unless you have balance on wonky floors & stairs. But it's character features, bit of creaky floorboards. The room was fairly modern but was surprised no telephone which I needed. Had to shut the window to sleep to cut down outside noises but not totally. Food was good, restaurant was full, staff friendly. Unique experience."
