We were very happy with the accommodation here having a fully equipped kitchen and fridge/freezer. The fact it was walking distance from the station and all the sights was a bonus.

Great place , central to everything. Ruggerio was more than helpful nothing was to much trouble. Great breakfast and easy walk from the station. Barletta is gorgeous

The room smelled damp. We didn’t have bathroom towels for 3 days and we had to sent many times messages to the host to bring us.

La casa è stata comoda e accogliente, in particolare ho apprezzato moltissimo la qualità del letto, davvero confortevole. Ottima anche la colazione, varia e ben organizzata, così come la presenza di una macchinetta per il caffè che offre un espresso di ottima qualità. La cucina è minimal ma funzionale, perfetta per preparare l’essenziale durante il soggiorno.

Ottima struttura. Non manca nulla munita di cucina con tutto quello che ci serve. Bagno spazioso. Pozione strategica, vicino tutte le utenze e la spiaggia, peccato per i pochi parcheggi nei ditorni.

Monolocale molto accogliente e pulito dotato di tutti i confort, ubicato in zona molto silenziosa e vicinissimo al centro. Non dispone di parcheggio, ma facilmente trovabile nelle vicinanze. Il Sig. Ruggiero gentilissimo e sempre pronto ad ogni eventuale esigenza.

Struttura in posizione centrale, comoda per visitare la città senza l'utilizzo dei mezzi, camera pulita con bagno privato, cucina e terrazzino annesso, personale gentile e disponibile. Ho trascorso un periodo di 6 giorni con la mia ragazza e non mi pento della mia scelta. Sicuramente ci ritornerò.

It was very central and an apartment typical of the area. We loved the mix of old and new and especially our rooftop balcony. Great value. Would stay again. Our host was welcoming and stored our bags after checkout .

Мини уютненький отельчик в уютном же для проживания районе Барлетты.В шаговой доступности практически всё:море,старый город,вокзал,продуктовые магазины и кафешки.У нас был номер студия 40 кв.м.на втором этаже с малюсеньким балкончиком,с ванной и кухней со всем необходимым кухонным инвентарём.Балкон оборудован сушкой с прищепками для просушки пляжных принадлежностей.Слышимость в номере хорошая,но соседи попались не шумные.WiFi устойчивый,хороший.
