"Reserved a room for my daughter who was visiting Galway from Dublin, for a day. My decision was based on location and other positive guest reviews. The hotel lived up to it's positive rating; my daughter loved her stay. The hotel is very conveniently located right next to the main train/bus station and everything is in walkable distance to it with lot's of dining spots all around. The room was neat & clean with a comfortable bed. Would stay here again."

"Due to the power cuts we had to book in to a hotel instead of staying at the in laws. We needed one near the hospital to visit my mother in law. Was only a 30 minute walk to the hospital and was a really nice walk. Hotel was lovely, can’t fault it."

"Stayed here for a short stay. Beautiful room felt newly renovated. Also had late night room service which was a plus. Extremely close to Quay Street. Parking was cheap enough and convenient. All staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. Would recommend to anyone needing a stay in Galway"
