A set of stairs leads up to a bright open plan living space, where the living area offers the perfect place to snuggle up on the large comfy sofas with a DVD or book. Leisurely breakfasts or cosy suppers can be enjoyed around the dining table with seating for six guests, or perhaps grab a cuppa at the breakfast bar. The kitchen area on has an electric oven with hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave.
Three spacious bedrooms include two double bedrooms with king-sized beds and a twin with two full size single beds. These are all serviced by a family bathroom, which is fitted with a bath, separate shower, wash basin and WC.
One of the key highlights for Upper Tallet is its fantastic patio area, a short distance from the cottage. Guests can relax and enjoy wonderful countryside views, and benefit from the exclusive use of the hot tub, a definite must after a day exploring. There is a BBQ area with a gas BBQ and plenty of outdoor furniture, plus preparation area for dining al-fresco in style. Finally, guests are welcome to use a communal games room that has a pool table and ping pong table that will help guarantee hours of entertainment, particularly on those rainy days.
Upper Tallet at Accott Manor is only a short drive from the neighbouring villages of Goodleigh, Landkey, Swimbridge and Brayford, where you'll find an excellent pub at Goodleigh, The New Inn and other amenities at Landkey such as a convenience store, post office and another pub. The local town of Barnstaple is also just a 10 minute drive where guests will discover a range of pubs, cafes, restaurants and shops, as well as a theatre, cinema and leisure centre. There are plenty of family attractions nearby, the Tarka Trail, ideal for cyclists to discover the area (largely traffic free), and of course the North Devon coast, with its pretty fishing villages and stunning beaches.
