Overlooking an elegant Georgian square, this classic Georgian flat offers luxurious and spacious accommodation. Close to the Circus and world famous Royal Crescent, this tranquil hideaway is just minutes away from the hustle and bustle of the city. It is beautifully furnished with every comfort in mind. A parking permit for 1 car is provided for holidays completed by 23rd August 2022.

A smart entrance lobby welcomes and invites you to relax. The large living room has a sumptuous sofa (which is a sofa bed) and a lovely chaise longue for you to curl up in. The double sash windows, with wooden working shutters, give you a superb view over the square and the handsome buildings which surround it. There is a central Victorian decorative fire-place with alcoves either side. One holds a large flat-screen TV and DVD. An extending dining table here makes for a romantic dinner for two.

This area leads into a spacious contemporary fitted kitchen with smooth cream limestone flooring, glossy cream cabinets, black granite worktops and Neff appliances. There is an electric induction hob and oven, a dishwasher, a large fridge and separate freezer and a combined washing machine and dryer. It is all well stocked with white china, glasses and plenty of cookware.

The spacious double bedroom hosts a very comfortable super king sized bed. Silk curtains adorn a lavishly framed window which overlooks neat courtyard gardens and provides stunning views of the Georgian terraces rising up to Sion Hill. A beautiful decorative fireplace adorns the far wall with a built in wardrobe to its side and additional storage with a chest of drawers and bedside tables. A chaise longue is provided for when you want to curl up with your favourite book. The contemporary bathroom, newly refurbished throughout in 2019, boasts a large walk in shower tiled throughout, a wc and hand-basin, and a heated towel rail.

The train and bus stations are a 15 minute walk away.

Difficult to Fault
Very well located, well appointed, clean and comfortable. Large and very comfortable bed. Equipment and appliances excellent. Only slight drawback is the four flights of stairs to reach it which after unloading the car or a day’s walking around Bath appears more like a final assault on the summit. A very minor comment; some more cutlery would be useful. Some noise from street revellers in the early hours.

Lovely flat in a great location, great level of equipment and furniture etc. Slight confusion in holiday rental co. info referring to it as "Catharines" and not the flat number. Hope to be able to stay there again sometime.

We stayed in the apartment for a long weekend. It was very clean, comfortable and well equipped. There are two things that can make a difference to how we feel about holiday accommodation, the bed and the bathroom, and both were fabulous! In a great central location with the benefit of parking. This was a great place in which to relax and use as a base to explore Bath.

A very comfortable flat in a great location!

This is a wonderful flat. It is well appointed and a short walk away from the center of town. The shower is great! There is a small grocery store around the corner and the overall neighborhood is lovely. We would definitely stay there again.

The apartment was very conveniently placed in a lovely square a short walk from the town centre. Having a parking space was a great boon - the car didn't move throughout our stay. The apartment was warm, clean, comfortable and well equipped. We loved Bath, having not been for many years, apart from its well known attractions it was it was hard to beat for some retail therapy. If we visit the city again Bath Holiday Rentals will be the company we go to.

Charmante Unterkunft
Dieses charmante Apartment hat meinem Mann und mir sehr gefallen. Es hat großzügige Wohnflächen mit wertiger Einrichtung und entspricht genau den Abbildungen. Die Fenster geben schöne Ausblicke in die lokaltypische Umgebung, vom Schlafzimmer sogar bis zu den Sion Hills. Nur die Badeinrichtung fällt recht klein und einfacher aus, hat aber ebenfalls ein Fenster zum Öffnen. Die Lage und Nachbarschaft ist angenehm, ruhig und auch kultiviert. Um die Ecke liegt der Crescent, der weitläufige Viktoria Park und der schöne Botanische Garten, in die andere Richtung eine kleine Fußgängerzone mit Café-Bistro und ersten Geschäften, nette Straßen, durch die man in ca. 10 Min. ins Zentrum gelangt. Die Hausmülltonnen stehen in einem freundlich gestalteten Patio in der Parterre, zu dem man Zugang hat. Ein Parkplatz fand sich immer nah der Haustür und ist außerdem für die Apartmentmieter kostenlos. Auch ein Minimarkt, in dem man alles für den Grundbedarf bekommt, ist in der Nähe. Der Empfang im Apartment war zuverlässig, freundlich und unkompliziert, dazu ein Begrüßungspaket mit Müsli, Frischmilch, Kaffee, Keksen vom Bäcker, Schokolade und einer Flasche Weißwein. Insgesamt wirklich empfehlenswert.
