"Had an overnight stay in melissa's property and loved it. Exactly what was needed to recharge the batteries of a very busy summer holiday period. Everything from booking the day before, to checking in and for payment was done smoothly and efficiently. "This property was adequate for our needs but nothing over the top. We had 5 in our group and that was too many for the space of this rental. We made do but I would not recommend utilizing the 5th person. Sharing a bathroom was tricky. Overall, the apt was clean but there was mold behind the kitchen sink. "The location is great! Easy walk to airport bus, train, tram and restaurants. The neighborhood is quiet and felt very safe. Cons: We a hard time finding the place (gps took us to the middle of a parking lot a half a block away.) We really struggled with the door to the building entrance every time. Also, we weren’t told about the bathroom sinks not draining properly until after we booked. Instructions about getting the hot water to work in the main hall shower would be helpful. "

"We stayed at this lovely Riverside location while we visited Stirling. We chose this particular location for personal reasons and while it is a 10 minute walk from the main town centre it is definitely worth it. It is a lovely house close to the river, so quiet but easy access to all that Stirling has to offer. It is on the second level, so if you have suitcases be prepared. Both bedrooms were spacious with really nice views of either the castle or the hills and the bathroom had plenty of room....

"The pods themselves are great. Very spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Did encounter an issue with the heating upon arrival. POD was so hot inside the surfaces were too hot to touch. Never had this happen before. Calls to office and emergency line were not answered. Had to drive around looking for someone and a nice staff, Kirsten, at the event facility helped me. Finally had to disconnect heating completely from pod. Unfortunately had to stay in the pod all night with the doors...

"THE best location possible. Steps to the castle and everything you want. Hotel is super clean. You’re directly across from St Giles church and not many cars up here at hotel because street is made for walking around. Great beds and quality soap in showers. Bedding is great, blankets great and mattresses were the best we’ve had on our 3 country trip. Staff walked us to our rooms and carried our luggage. Lots of steps in Edinburgh- but if you stay on the street it’s easier with luggage. 5 minute...
