"It would be nice for customers to know that they are to pay a €50 per night charge that is not included in the information after booking. Also the pool, spa, and gym. Were all closed. Resulting in a less than expectation stay. Beyond that, the hotel was nice and clean. Just be cautious that you wont get what you expect. Also has one of those scammy minibar arrangements. "

"Quick, courteous check in A minor issue with our room was dealt with instantly and satisfactorily. Great room - comfortable and large - with a lovely bathroom. Breakfast was fine and plenty of choice. Pool and sauna suite were top class. Loved the location, Potsdamer Platz, with most things walkable. Quite a costly hotel but I recommend it."

"Room very clean and bed comfortable. Not much of a wardrobe but we just had back packs so not an issue. Not tea and coffee facilities in the room, not an issue for us, but may bother some people. Bathroom compact but very nice. Great location, lots around and easy to walk to in this part of Berlin. One strange thing was they had a planned power cut for 4 hours on the Saturday. No lifts available which I didn’t think was very good with guests there. We were still out then so it didn’t affect us...
