"Really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Go to Llandudno a couple of times a year and our first time in this hotel. I can honestly say that it made our break better this time. The service and the staff were brilliant. Every staff member couldn’t do enough for you and were really friendly and welcoming. Really look forward to staying there later in the year for partners birthday. "

"The staff was amazing, helpful and friendly. The rooms while clean and adequate was outdated. The food was great and the hotel well situated for shopping etc. Car park at back small."

"Lovely stay in their small double room. More than adequate for or stay. The only negative was the very tight parking spaces at the back. We got parked but it was very tight. "

"Had an amazing stay the staff are super friendly and helpful the hotel is gorgeous its clean and spacious. We stsy in the rooms with sea views and wow luckily the hotel is in an ideal location for the Pier, buses and tram stops are a very short walk and the stunning views you see from your window from sunrise to sunset always beautiful sights. The breakfast is delicious lots to choose from and hot food freshly made as you choose it. Would highly recommended a visit here im sure you wont be dissapointed. "

"Had a lovely 1 night stay at this historic hotel. The interiors are dated but that is part of the charm. The staff were so helpful and friendly, we had an upgrade on our room because hotels.com had overbooked and the staff were very good about it. The room and bed were comfortable, but the kettle was a bit rubbish and not convenient to use (it was connected to the plug which was behind the television) The breakfast was pretty average, not the best but you had enough options. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend if you need somewhere in the area. "
