"Room basic but nice and clean. Excellent shower. Bed comfy. We were nervous about potential of noise from pub but we stayed on a saturday night had absolutely no disturbance. Only problem in the room was lack of plug sockets. Breakfast excellent good quality produce, not fried, tasted lovely, served nice and hot!! Staff friendly and welcoming. Area surrounding seemed quiet, co-op in walking distance also could walk to the country park. Thanks, we had a comfortable 2 nights sleep with lovely...

"Had a 3 day stay out of season in November. Accomodation was clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Easy access to both Ryde and Newport, Hotel is on a quiet road next to the Fishbourne ferry station. Room had reserved parking. Bar and Restaurant were welcoming and clean, had a nice evening meal one night and excellent breakfast in the morning. Overall very good value."

"The hotel looked lovely but unfortunately we didn't get to stay. Turned up to find hotels.com had not passed out booking into hotel so left with nowhere to stay in remote countryside. I'd recommend the eco lodge - staff were lovely but not hotels.com -it took almost a month to get a refund only by going via my bank's anti fraud process."

"This is the most perfect accommodation, 10 minutes from the most beautiful sandy beach. The room was large, clean and so tastefully decorated. The bed and bedding was luxurious as were the towels. The shower was great. We did not meet the hosts but the checkin details were brilliant. We didnt stay for breakfast either but i have no doubt it would have been 5 star like the room Thank you"

The tea, coffee & Chocolate was top quality, The shower was perfect and just what I needed. I had a meal in their restaurant, which was great, and very tasty. "From arrival to departure Jonathan, Melissa and Magnus (The Dog) were the most wonderful hosts. We stayed in the Fat Badger Hut which was absolutely stunning, the bed was the cosiest thing ever and the room was well decorated. Breakfast was delicious and filling. The little things including the beautifully lit garden with fairy lights and water features plus our hosts hospitality was unquestionably outstanding. This was a truly perfect staycation. We will definitely be going back. "
