Would have been helpful if room type description had more information about kitchen facilities. We weren’t sure if it had a hob/ oven (which it did in the 2-bedroom). "I didn't appreciate being woken at 6.50 in the morning by a lawnmower trimming the greens. Surely this can be done late afternoon. He even had lights on the mower. Also It would have been appropriate if the receptionist who received us had asked us if we needed assistance taking our bags up the stairs to the villa, considering we are aged 75 and 80. "

"The apartment was bigger than we expected with a good comfy bed which we had good long sleep since it was rainy all weekend. The view from the back verandah was very nice and peaceful. The aircon was set to heating with no remote so we just used the fan and open the shutters for some air. It was ok for the time of the year. Not too hot. The shower was a mess with mouldy bits. It's wet all over the bathroom floor and the vanity got all wet too. Wasn't great. But other than that I guess the place...

"Was a little disappointed i'd booked pub accomodation when i got there, however that quickly changed after a restfull night sleep in a lovely clean room.. Very Quiet.. Took family to Restaurant while staying there the food was scrumptious.. Will def stay again.. Thanks to all.. "

"The staff were incredibly accomodating and friendly. The room was spacious, clean and had everything you need and more. The rooftop bar is beautiful at sunset and breakfast downstairs in the morning was the cherry on top. Will definitely be back and wouldn’t go anywhere else in Newcastle. "
